Dr. Brian Winningham is a dedicated chiropractor with a deep commitment to restoring his patients’ health and mobility. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of North Texas, he pursued his passion for chiropractic care at Parker College of Chiropractic, where he earned both a Bachelor’s in Anatomy and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

With a patient-first approach, Dr. Winningham focuses on more than just pain relief. He prioritizes correcting biomechanics and restoring function to support long-term wellness and peak physical performance. Known for his personalized care, he takes the time to understand each patient’s needs, helping them overcome pain and regain an active lifestyle.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Winningham enjoys spending time with his family, attending church, hiking, fishing, and taking his dogs to the park. He is excited to guide you on your path to better health and optimal function.

Physician Assistant Certified

Amy Speer, PA-C, is a highly skilled Physician Assistant with a passion for personalized, patient-centered care. She earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and completed her Physician Assistant studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston (UTMB). With a focus on hormone replacement therapy for both men and women, Amy is dedicated to helping patients achieve balanced health and optimal wellness. She takes a personalized approach to each patient, recognizing that every individual’s journey is unique.

Outside of her professional role, Amy is a proud mother of two, Philip and Tessa, and enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Alicia Harrison, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for empowering patients to lead healthier lives. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Harding University and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Alicia takes a holistic approach to healthcare, focusing on hormone balance, mental wellness, and sustainable lifestyle changes. She believes that informed patients make the best health choices and is dedicated to providing personalized care that helps each patient reach their full potential.

Outside of the clinic, Alicia enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, exploring new travel destinations, and discovering local coffee shops and restaurants.

Certified Phlebotomy Technician, Lead Instructor at Order of the Draw

Rekeitta Holmes is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in medical assistance and phlebotomy. Inspired by her late grandmother, a fellow healthcare worker, Rekeitta discovered her calling in patient care early on. She earned her diploma in Medical Assistance from Eastern College of Health Vocations in 2001 and has since developed extensive hands-on experience in both hospital and laboratory settings.

As the founder and lead instructor of Order of the Draw: School of Phlebotomy, Rekeitta is passionate about empowering others to pursue careers in healthcare. She is committed to providing top-tier training for aspiring phlebotomists, blending technical skill with compassionate care.

Beyond her professional achievements, Rekeitta is a proud mother of six daughters and a native of New Orleans. She draws inspiration from her family and faith, believing that her work is part of a greater purpose to serve others through healthcare.

Office Manager

Macy Wierwille, a proud Frisco, TX native, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Arkansas. As the Office Manager at Family Health and Wellness of Plano, Macy plays a vital role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly, serving as a welcoming first point of contact for patients. Known for her friendly demeanor and attention to detail, she is passionate about creating a positive patient experience and supporting the team in delivering exceptional care.

Outside of work, Macy enjoys spending time with friends, exploring new baking recipes, and hitting the golf course for a round of friendly competition.

Office Receptionist

Hailey Tudyk is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Auburn University. With experience as a physical therapy tech at Elite Physical Therapy, Hailey brings a strong foundation in patient care and wellness support to the Family Health and Wellness of Plano team. She takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients, ensuring their visits are seamless from the moment they walk in.

Outside of the office, Hailey enjoys staying active, cheering on Auburn sports, discovering new books, and spending quality time with friends.

Jessi is a proud Dallas native now living in sunny El Paso, where she continues to serve the patients of Family Health and Wellness of Plano from afar. With a background in political science and business administration, Jessi brings a diverse professional skillset and a heart for helping others.

Since joining FHWP in 2021, she has become an essential part of the team—handling specialty referrals and insurance coordination with diligence, compassion, and a commitment to excellent patient care. Her deep network of provider and hospital contacts across the DFW area allows her to connect patients with the care they need, no matter how complex the case.

When she’s not assisting patients, Jessi enjoys time with her husband and young son, volunteering at her church, taste-testing the best Mexican food in El Paso, and working on her novel. She’s also an aspiring Spanish speaker, a coffee enthusiast, and someone who believes deeply in the power of great healthcare.
